Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Graded Card Value, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Account
You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill in advance monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues through the paid period.
3. Acceptable use
You may not: resell the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or use it to infringe third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Valuations are estimates
Pricing shown in Graded Card Value is derived from public sources including PriceCharting and marketplace history. Values are estimates, not appraisals, and are not guaranteed to match any specific sale, insurance settlement, or grading outcome. You are responsible for your own buy, sell, and submission decisions.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the photographs, notes, and inventory data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. Material changes to paid plan features will be emailed to affected accounts.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms or for non-payment. On termination we retain your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
