Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with 5 AI analyses included. No card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep full access until then and your card is not charged again.
Monthly plans
Monthly charges are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current month remains billed.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days. Contact billing@gradedcardvalue.com to request a refund.
Data after cancellation
Your vault becomes read-only. You can still sign in to view and export your data for 90 days. After 90 days the account is scheduled for deletion. Exports are available in CSV and XLSX format at any time.
Chargebacks
Please contact billing before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved within one business day. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
